About the magazine
An independent running journal for Fontainebleau
Courir à Fontainebleau is an editorial media founded to support everyday runners, from first steps to race preparation, across the forest and town.
Our method
How we write and check our guides
Each guide is written to be practical: a pace you can repeat, a training week you can fit around work, and a clear explanation of distance, effort, and recovery. We aim for useful advice rather than performance theatre.
Route notes for the Fontainebleau forest are based on local checking and current safety guidance, and we state plainly what we have verified and what we have not. We publish no invented results, calendars, or certifications.
Editorial independence
We are not the official race
Courir à Fontainebleau is entirely separate from La Foulée Impériale and its organizers. We accept no sponsored bias, and our legal notices and privacy policy are published on this site.
